Spring Fishing
Now that we have had a few dry days the rivers are in great shape. The Pere Marquette River and the Pine River are fishing very well. We have had good caddis hatches on the Pere Marquette. The pine has fished good with anything sub surface. The brown trout look great. They seem to be fat and happy. With the dropping and clearing water fishing will stay above average and the dry fly action should get better everyday.
We have a few Pine River days still open. It’s a special place to spend a day fishing. Come join us.

Pine River Trout
Now that the steelhead season has come to a close we would like to thank everyone that fished with us this spring. It was great to get to spend the day catching up with you and catching fish.
We are currently fishing the Pine River. The river was in great shape, that is before last night monsoon. The pine is in flood stage but should crest tomorrow. It was nice to see the water up and flushing out the river. We should be back in full swing in the next couple of days. As the river drops and clears fishing should be lights out.
We only have a few trout days open in May. With this new shot of water May will be great fishing. If you’re looking to get out now is the time to book.

Trout season is here!!! We are now in full trout mode. And it feels good! The Pere Marquette and the Pine river are both fishing well. It has been nice to finally get on the Pine. The river looks great! We have found good numbers brown and rainbow trout.
We are filling our trout season fast! If your looking to spend the day on a amazing trout stream now is the time!

The fishing is still very good. We had multiple steelhead today and a few nice trout! The Pere Marquette is fishing very good. The water level is just what you want. Life is good!

The Pere Marquette is fishing well right now. We just had a good shot of water. With the river is good shape we should have very good fishing for the next few weeks. The river finally can up and is looking great! Yesterday the brown trout fishing was super in the morning. The afternoon slowed down a bit but we still moved a few fish.

The Pere Marquette is low and clear. I can’t remember the last time I have seen the river like this. Although having said that the river is still fishing well. Good numbers of brown trout mixed with a few steelhead.
Looks like rain later this weekend and into the first part of next week. Lets hope so!
We are filling dates fast. But we have a couple of openings in April. Don’t forget the pine river opens at the end of this month. We are looking forward to spending the day fishing the pine. Its a great trout fishery and we have the proper permits to take you down it. Lets go!!

The Pere Marquette is still fishing well. With the cold mornings the fishing doesn’t seem to heat up until mid morning. We are still catching fair numbers of steelhead and the brown trout fishing is very good. The grouse are drumming and turkeys are gobbling. Spring has sprung!
We still have a couple of dates open this month. Now is the time to get you’re fishing fix!
Brown Trout
Spring is here! The brown trout fishing is starting to heat up. With the rivers in great shape the trout fishing has been very good to say the least! I am excited to see what the next few days are going to bring. The steelhead are still around. We have had a mix between fresh and drop back steelhead. April is filling fast so now is the time to get your fix!
